Maybe to get a 5th one to turn in at banshee, dismantle a pocket infinity? Or fully upgrade a new one? Get enough kills with one?

Dismantling doesn't work, its been tested...idk man.

When you have the last item that yoy can turn in. There is a progressbar, is it charge-able with kills or dismantles from pocket infinity?

Idk. I turned in my stuff and I don't remember a progress bar. If there was one, it had nothing to do with PI. I've never had it.
