People are speculating it may be rank specific quest from the gunsmith. Is anybody rank 10 yet? I doubt it's even possible to be that high of rank yet but I'm curious

Rank 5 is currently the highest. I think there's an artificial time lock on some exotics. There's still a lot of them we have seen. Maybe they come from further ranks in the gunsmith.
