And then piss off a whole lot of people who decided not to get PI? Haha, I don't think so....Then again, bungie decided that it was best to lockout everyone who didn't buy the DLC and not tell them until the day before the launch, so I can't really put it passed them to do such a thing.

Dude, this isn't about getting a raise after you just busted your balls out in the oil fields for months on end and having to miss out on christmas with your family because something went horribly wrong on site. This is a game where everything is supposedly based on RNG and where everyone has the opportunity to get same gear. PI is, from what I can tell, no longer available as an exotic quest. So all those new kids that are just starting the game will not be able to obtain the Sleeper because they don't have some gun that was available in Year 1.

Yes you can get any bounty weapon from em. You just cant get vex or necro.
