Actually, maybe not.
Pocket infinity blueprints are found at Venus. Where you originally had to find Fireteam Tuyet's, or something like that, ghost.
Also, the giant gate at the endless steps? That disappeared. No idea why.
I don't think it's a secret mission, I think it's a secret patrol.
