This is why bungie installed the lock feature on all items. Sorry, but there is no way to retrieve a legendary after you've dismantled it. I would strongly suggest you lock your gear whether you plan on keeping it or not. Just unlock it when your ready to dismantle and only then. You may be able to find another sword through heavy weapon engram drops.

I was so happy I forgot to lock it and I ment to hit a but I was holding x and didn't notice

That sucks....I really hope you can find another one on a quest or a random drop. Or go after the Exotic swords in the meantime. :) good luck.
