I have, nothing significant happened

Suggested this on another forum post got a response of some one who did all for all planets on a single play and nothing happened

Speaking for myself, no. For everyone else, no clue. Worth a shot? If nothing else to eliminate the possibility.. plus the faction rep would be a nice bonus from doing all those patrol missions.
