packet loss is not an issue on Bungie's end, and thats what baboon is related to.
we had similar issues here and found out a day later our ISP had a faulty hub in the area, which they fixed. There's also been a fair amount of routing issues in NA lately, which can also cause this and/caterpillar. People need to stop assuming the issue is at Bungie and start doing their own LAN and WAN investigations. You'll me amazed at what you find out.
