Then they bought it on the One, cuz it is not upgradable to either console family.
with the 2.0 patch they may see a lot of things related to it, but they can't actually play anything related to TTK w/o buying it.

I'm not going to name any names but I've seen them play it and they didn't pay twice cause I personally know they don't have the money to get it twice and I've checked there purchase history and nothing but the $40 to get it on the 360
