I never was as I played all 3 classes. Anyone with half a brain can see HoS needs a slight dmg resistance reduction.

Exactly. Keep everything else they have, just tweak the damage resistance to balance it. It would still be a very good PvP and PvE super. But other titans just dont like admitting they're overpowered, or they think titans deserve to be overpowered lol.
