Not the one I got, it's got crap perks. Buddy of mine was using one with equally crap perks. I'll stick with Hung Jury

Just got one last night after finishing a quest, can't wait to try it out but the perks don't seem to great on my roll.

I use one with Triple Tap, range boost perk, and Outlaw. But only when I'm not using Jade Rabbit or Monte Carlo for primary.
