Unable to get TDB and HoW quests grimoire even though I completed them all…

Me to, I haven't gotten omnigul grimoire even though I killed her and I haven't gotten story mission grimoire from both HoW and TDB.

Same here, I have some but not all and I've done them on 3 characters... Which ones are you missing? And has Bungie said anything about them being bugged?

I don't have: Rise of Crota Disciples of Crota Urn of Sacrifice Gone to Ground The Ruling House I've had the base game since January but I've only received the dlcs when TTK came out, so I don't know if I'm locked out of the grimoire or not

I'm pretty sure The Ruling House is still in the game. However, when TTK dropped, they scrapped quite a few of the DB missions. Just like the wanted wolves, they are unobtainable.
