Best scout rifle?
What do you consider the best scout rifle in the game? If it's rerollable what are the best perk combo? Does it work in pve, pvp or both?
EDIT: I made this before ttk and I still see it appear in the recents. Good to see there's a lot of variety in opinions

New scout? Haven't found one I liked. There's no mida multi arc types and the only dead shot Luna arc type is the malice which isn't the greatest in non raid activities.
