Best scout rifle?
What do you consider the best scout rifle in the game? If it's rerollable what are the best perk combo? Does it work in pve, pvp or both?
EDIT: I made this before ttk and I still see it appear in the recents. Good to see there's a lot of variety in opinions

I prefer the Not Like The Others due to the ammo capacity and the 2 damage perks. I have the Tuonela SR4, Treads Upon Stars, Tlaloc, Hung Jury, and the Touch of Malice. Touch is good for the last couple raid bosses. The Tlaloc is a great weapon but it takes up the exotic slot and the Raze - Lighter is too beast to not have equipped.
