It was never found trough datamining. Same goes for Touch of Malice. We only knew of ToM because of Luke Smith mentioning it and Black Spindle was found because a friend of the reddit poster went the wrong way and found out there was dialogue there

No.....no it wasn't. It was found by a Reddit user's friend by accident. You can check all the datamining you'd like, the Black Spindle was not discovered until then. Even as a rumor.
