Must have been lag because in arc blade you can get one shot by a shotgun, but of course hunters are built for agility and moderate recovery not armor.

Click on this video. Go to minute 2.30 Watch the Bladedancer register a 164 impact (which correlates with a rocket launcher shot minus the damage resistance granted by arcblade) and watch him survive the shot AND the wolfpack rounds.
