I ordered one on each character last week for armsday, haven't tried it out yet, though. All 3 of mine had the exact same perks. Almost same as yours but mine all had icarus as the 1st after the scopes and surrounded under firefly. I had a green omolon scout rifle, it was replaced early because it was only 190something but it handled so need damn smoothly.
