"ATTENTION: You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. Your permission to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. For more information, visit help.bungie.net" I get this error message several times per week. How can I fix this? I'm on Xbox One. I've never signed into XBL on another console or played destiny anywhere other than on my console. Why do I keep seeing this error? I'll reset my console, reboot Destiny and the error doesn't go away. Any suggestions?

  • I'd suggest restarting your internet connection if, at all, possible. That message comes up when the connection is reset or has a loss of connection for more than 3 seconds. Bungie could have made it around a second or two of no connection, but last I heard it was closer to 3 seconds for typical timeouts. Hope this helps!

  • Thanks. It's an unusual error. I'm able to get all the way to the character selection page, then I get the error after choosing a character.
