All fair points. I still like it on my warlock though. Really good in maps like bannerfall and thieves den, even before you get your super up.
When you have super up its very difficult to challenge you at mid to far range. You can still get sniped of course, but in a "fair" fight. And the aim assist is quite good on that one.

If we're talking PVP, the tlaloc is the only y2 scout able to compete with the mida. Very effective IMO. PVE, on the other hand, I don't think it's worth the exotic slot.
