I've seen a lot of people with that gun what's the easiest way to get it?

I got mine in heroic strikes from cabal themed strikes they drop in lower ones just less of a chance.

Cool I'll run the same strike over n over til I get one!

Yeah yeah yeah. After 3 strikes you'll convince yourself to go do quests or something. I tried it with the nightfall to get image loop and got bored.
