Hung Jury.
Unless you can get The Last Extremity with Hand-Laid Stock, it'll be hard to beat.
Hung Jury comes with Extended Mag/Hand-Laid Stock and Firefly.
I have infused mine to 302 for good reason.

Hung Jury is quite possibly the best gun in the game today. To have max stability with that fire rate and impact? Ugly, pure beast.
