Touch of Malice in Trials will be unfair
Eveerybody remembers people complaining over snipers and final round, where players would dump their clip and just use the final body shot. I'm response to this, bumgie nerfed the perk...AND THEN ADDED A GUN THAT DOES DOUBLE DAMAGE UNLIMITED AMMO.
Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. We just found the new meta.
I suggest a nerf where the double damage only procs if the player using it has a higher kill death ratio than the other player, since he would have won the gun battle anyway. This keeps it fair to everybody.
Bump this so bumgie nerfs it before this mess happens in 2 weeks!

You forgot to mention that it takes away life.....quite a bit of life actually. Using this gun in Trials would be stupid.

Dumbass. The last round double damage shot takes their health. No. Especially cuz acing i.e. Can't separate nerfs between crucible and pve. Nut up, and shut up. Disliked and muted.

Yeah ToM really isn't a pvp kinda weapon, I thought it would be beast but the final round taking my health off was actually losing me most gunfights

Are you dumb? You lose health with the ToM. Double damage to them means nothing if you're doing damage to yourself as well as getting shot at.

double damage is enabled in pvp. critials are only improves by 50% so from 45 to 62 but youre also losing your health

Factor in the damage the gun does and the damage other players will be inflicting to you and you're most likely dead. It's a risky play style with great rewards if you are skilled. Somewhat like the chaperone.
