ToM also damages the wielder for every "final round" fired. Also, it has pretty low impact for a scout rifle so double damage isn't going to 1/2 shot anyone. It is a balanced weapon that is much more fitting in PvE.

Its going to be too good in Trials people will just dump rounds and then everybody dies and then nobody can go flawless except for touch of malice scrubs.

I have it. It hasn't seen the crucible. It will only see limited PvE use. I'll bet you got killed by it and thus embarked on a crusade against it.

I get killed by it literally every 12 seconds from skrubs.

It doesn't even do double damage in pvp It only does like 61 or something like that
