45 doubled is not 65. The malice will do 65 damage on a headshot when using the last round. It only does 45 without the last round. This is on par with other scout rifles of the same archetype. You lose health whenever you shoot the final round, so while it decreases your TTK, it will decrease theirs. It will make you lose a lot of fun fights with people using red death and guns that have fast time to kills.
