It is absolutely not wrong. I have done my research. It's called I have the weapon and use it daily in pvp.
Minimal armored targets are 4 shot regardless of buffed or not, with high armored targets taking 5 shots without buff and 4 with buff. Meaning the gun NEVER goes under a 4 shot kill which is not in any way shape or form over powered or unfair.
