I don't know about you, but for me Raids are the best experience in Destiny ! And one of my best experience in Video Games (fyi I'm 34).
And obviously I'm worried about not having many raids : https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/1/0/Destiny
So using a system like Kickstarter (Bungie could create their own stuff, no need to use specifically Kickstarter), they could ask players who wants a raid to raise money for it. I'm not fan of the pre order for games/extension because you don't really know what you're paying for (cf HoW..). BUT with that system we know what we are paying for (=> a RAID) ! And Bungie could hire more dudes to work specifically on that.
But a new raid means more raid gear and blablababla ? Well what about a "light" raid, with no new weapons or armors, just maybe some more chances to get regular exotics or cosmetic stuff like a sparrow skin, emblems or whatever. So people who wont buy the new "light" raids wont be mad at us ^^
I love raids because of the puzzle, jumping parts. I love the challenges more than the rewards.
About stories, I think they could create a new raid in the dreadnaught with a another son of Oryx or a cousin, uncle... or one of his captain, lieutenant or whatever.
What do you think ? :)
