I too have still not received my veterans tour quest and I meet the requirements and its going on the second month

Very complicated. we keep ourselves informed and if there is any answer for you , for me and serve the same to you.

All I have found on the forums about it is its still under investigation as to why some players who should have it have not received the quest yet

I think Bungie , could solve this in a more effective way and seriousness with consumers. It's not fair , buy rabbit and hare receive , it is a misleading propaganda. At least , could answer the applicant and tries a means of resolving the issue .
