It hurts you.
Easy to dodge.
No RNG at all related to it. Everyone can get it.
Stop whining.
Sick of players ruining good pve guns with pvp whining.

Plus it does do double damage, the last bullet effect only takes off about 1 bullet

Strafe and make them waste ammo. It also leaves them vulnerable to the rest of your fireteam. That one bullet damage they take can make a huge difference. I don't want this gun ruined for pve like all the whiners ruined vex. If they want to change the perk to only affect minions of the darkness, fine. But that's all.
