OP obviously doesn't have Touch of Malice themself. Spoiler alert: that thing blows in PvP. Hell, it blows in PvE, aside from the fights with Oryx and his Daughters. Burns through ammo before you realize it, and then you're just hurting yourself.

Hell it blows during the daughters fight too, my black spindle out damages it because of precise hits.
