Duration increase in Storm trance sacrifices use of grenades and melee. Hammer of Sol line makes the Titan very limited while not in super. Each have their draw backs. BD's have tools in and out of super with very little draw back. All the new subclasses do what they do well but have trade offs. Year 1's were effective and well rounded. You can't compare year 1 and year 2.
