You do realize it damages you, correct? That final round tears enough health that if you land one shot, I can kill you instantly with a sniper body shot. There's nothing over powered about it. You miss, your forced to reload and dump more rounds to get back to a final round. You hit, you risk getting one shot by 1000 Yard Stare or any higher impact sniper.
