You seem to be living under a rock so here is a news flash.
You are paying them to make some small cosmetic options that the profit will move to the team to develop extra content updates until Destiny 2.

THEY DON'T NEED ANYMORE PROFIT!!?!??!?!? The initial game was a success and now they need to buck up and make more better content to be sold! After it's complete! Not before?

Do you have any idea how much it cost to make the game? To pay employees? Matience for their facilities? Also giving a large percentage of the profit to Activision because of the publishing contract? Do you understand business, sir?
