No, it's not. If you can manage to strafe, like he said, it's essentially a 4 shot auto rifle.

It's takes at least 10 shots to kill you. So again, you have to suck to die from the proc.

Not if you're good. You choose your fights and you aren't always proccing the damage.

6v6 control matches you are not choosing if someone shoot at you. No matter how good you are if you are capturing points you will be shot at, you will take damage, and you will die quicker it you have a gum the also damages you're self. You can watch streams of the top 10 best pvp players in the game and you show my 5 min of a match where they don't take damage.

Just saying if you kill one person and don't miss that's 100%. if you kill close to 200,000 ppl the stats change. We have not played enough equally to come to that conclusion. Like I said. I will see you in trials. I had plus 27 flawless on just my hunter alone!.
