See Grand Theft Auto 5.
Has been able to supply almost 3 years worth of free DLC to its fan base thanks to Shark Cards.
If some idiot buying a dance emote means I get free missions, I am all for it.
Whats funny to me is that, Shark Cards DO provide an in-game advantage, and GTA:O has been none the worse for it.
With 30 player free-roam, GTA:O is more of a shared-world shooter than Destiny is.

I was just thinking that the other day. GTA:O has almost all elements of a MMO, short of dedicated servers and a trade system. And micro managing is what paid for all the ME3 multiplayer content we graciously got spammed with . Destiny switching to that is in our favor as well.

Hahahahaha, do you really think Destiny will ever see free anything?

You willing to put your money where your mouth is? I'll bet you $100 Destiny receives free content between now and Fall of next year. I have a Paypal account, so you can just buy me a cash card when you lose.
