You don't understand that malice does damage to the wielder as well when shooting the final round. It's going to be easy to clean up some people using that because they are only speeding up the process of their death. Think man, think.

Exactly correct , it will actually be easier to kill the person that has touch because of that perk

Final round of ToM does 61 crit in crucible. Doesn't seem like a 2 shot to me.

I dont really pay attention to stuff like that as Im not a cruicible player per say. I just know that Ive tried it and was able to two shot people and my friend would mention that people were exploiting it in pvp. I wouldnt use anything that could even potentially cause me to kill myself.
