What?!?
How about double damage doesnt proc at all in pvp? This gun was made to take stress off raiders.

Theres no double damage. It just takes the impact up to equal Gheleons Demise's impact.

Hes saying that it should be double damage if you have a higher k/d. Thats just an absurd thought.

No what he's saying is that the final round DOES double damage. And that to balance it it should only proc when your k/d is higher than theirs. Which both are wrong and stupid.

Found it: Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. He definitely says ToM does double damage.

I was pretty sure he was talking about ToM and comparing it to how they nerfed final round and saying this is the new final round. But now I cant see the OP. Meh well.
