Ill speak with Eve Levante, but It may (emphasis on [u]May[/u]) be a while. There are a few Rank 29's who have yet to recieve a shader at all. Until then, enjoy your rewards. Youve earned them.

I'm pretty sure that they for sure get a shader drop a rank 25 due to the need to have one for the quest.

That could be, but resources and time are limited, and people dont get the rewards they deserve.
