I have attempted several times to catch the attention of a bungie employee to seek advice in an issue i an having. Only once out of 3 times i recieved a reply in the form of a question, after answering this question yet again Bungie failed to reply. Love the game not a thing wrong with it you guys did a great job but the lack of communication for this guardian is ruining his experience. To recap .Accidental character deletion .5 year old son involved. .not bothered by being lvl 1 anymore .do not want missing items or any sort of restoration. .Some items i can no longer use because it gives me an error of requires year one veteran rank . I have all of the achievements dated on my ps4 profile. . I only want the status of being a year one player. .my lvl 40 Titan and 35 Hunter still have year one rank. But i never used them. My whole destiny experience was my warlock. I WANT MY YEAR ONE VETERAN STATUS i am fully aware i sound 20 years younger than i actually am. But maybe this is what it takes for a reply.
