Bungie, or someone else, please help! Is it still possible to transfer TTK to another console like you could with expansions I and II? Please someone tell me the answer, It's making me Paranoid!

If it's PS3 to PS4 or Xbox 360 to Xbox one then no, you'll need to purchase TTK again. Edit: you said "still possible". I think the digital free upgrade was a time-limited offer which has expired.
