Every time I see one of these posts I just laugh to myself a little bit. I can't believe after year 1 of pvp and even now actually people have the audacity to say sunbreakers are OP. Ridiculous.

Warlocks have a multi kill super(s) as well... Your point? And yeah sunbreaker lasts 26 seconds but that's only if you don't throw hammers. What Titan do you know walks around for 26 seconds without throwing a hammer. Cut 26 seconds down to like 10-11ish if you're throwing hammers rapidly...

Here is the easiest defense. Why aren't everyone in the crucible titans? If you cannot play against it why three weeks in isn't everyone a titan? If their super is so over power and you cannot possibly play against it and whine all the time about it then why aren't there 100% titans in crucible? http://destinytracker.com/destiny/population look at that link three weeks in 33% crucible (of 10,000) is titans 11% are sun breakers and of the crucible super kills 7% total kills you have nothing stop complaining. you can fight against the sun breaker its not a problem. when thorn received its OP buff everyone in crucible had to use it and did use it because no one could fight against it. your argument is invalid. Decent review but: > Golden Gun can one shot Hammer of Sol if they either a) have a low armour build or b) you get a headshot > Hammer of Sol is pretty easy to run away from, unlike Golden Gun thanks to the travel time and arc of the hammers. This is where the long duration comes in. At longer ranges you have to account for this arc too which increases the skill gap at long range plus it can be avoided easily unlike Golden Gun which also comes with aim assist and combustion > Hammer of Sol can not kill most supers in one hammer > If you're missing hammers your Hammer of Sol will drain extremely quick. With Forgemaster not as much but still fairly quick > Sunbreaker's Skill Tree is extremely focused on the Super and as a result has a weaker neutral game than the other Subclasses. So during the majority of each game the Sunbreaker tends to be at a slight disadvantage I agree with the Stormcaller thing. It can last for ages with Transendence and that combined with Ionic Blink and Landfall it's ridiculous. Personally I think the armour is fine especially considering it's a Titan but maybe the duration does need a little tweaking. Cauterize did sound fair but I need to see it in practice. These nerfs will effect PvE which I do not like however.

You're comparing a super that has a set timer with one who's time in super depends on how many charges you use, you lose time by normal decay AND by using your super. You can pop all 4(cuz symbiote always) at the last 2 seconds. If you've got 2 seconds with hammer, you've got 1 hammer. You also can't 1 hit someone clear across the map with hammer of sol. Either way,youre all just whiny ignorantly biased idiots that don't think even remotely outside the box. This is coming from someone who mains a Hunter by the way. [spoiler]eat me[/spoiler]
