This is true, on a per console basis. If you are an idiot, like myself, and you buy it on both consoles that still only puts it at 40. But considering the success of pc version (which is... 25 on sale from gamestop currently. Throw in pocket edition and i got there!), the idea of cosmetic micro transactions on the consoles is still silly. Especially since pc skins and texture packs are free.
