Arguably the best grenade in the game with that perk.

When does a fusion grenade not kill? (Besides when you stick someone using HoS) How about burning melees that you just need to sneeze on someone to kill after using? How about crazy Titan speed without needing any agility? (Titan Skating) How about general high armor and decent recovery because we don't need agility to be fast? And last I checked, a titan can still use guns too (although that's optional). What other perks do you want? Sure, our melee range isn't as long as a warlock's or a hunter's. Okay, we don't get blink. Alright, a Gunslinger can reload faster after getting a headshot kill, and we need a perk on our guns for that. But the best grenades (possibly) and the best super (definitely) should be enough, don't you think?

Only when people are idiots. Lightning grenades are good, don't get me wrong, but they don't 1 shot - they bring people low, and if those people don't move it will kill.

Honestly, I'd put long burning firebolts, changing arc bolts, and tripmines above lightning grenades too. And in some situations, suppressor grenades. But fusion grenades that heal probably trump them all.
