Health regent is a perk in the tree it's not automatic, so the regen health part is irrelevant

That's my confusion about his argument. Those that fire off GG and complain that it can't kill are usually shooting at a sunspotter and those that complain of regen are usually shooting at that build. SB doesn't just automatically get regen.
