Bungie disabled game-sharing for TTK. In other words, only the account on which TTK is purchased can play it. If you want to play it on a second account, you would need to purchase it on that account. There is suppose to be a clunky work around where the first account signs in, a second account signs in and then can apparently access the content. I don't know if it works or not though.
