I have been one shot by hawkmoon with overshield full health plus you do not have shields the white bar is the first 2/3 of there health

You can't one shot anyone with hawkmoon anymore

No you can't. They removed the triple stacking lucky round. That was the only way to one shot anyone in the crucible with hawkmoon and 2.0 removed that.
