Hi, I was just wondering something: I'm a level 40 hunter and I've had the game for a long time now, but when I logged on to destiny, it said that my "trial" was over, but I bought all three expansions and never downloaded a trial. Anyone else have this happen to them? Also, there were two sparks of light in my postmaster. Are those bugged, or are they useable? Anyone else have that happen, too? Please respond

I am still locked out of my game it is 10-8-2015 & I own the digital ce it is on my xbox360 hard drive MY account was double checked by MICROSOFT just yesterday so BUNGIE care to fix my game & let me back into my game TODAY ASAP!

Yesterday the spash screen appeared dating that my trial was over even though I have bought the first two expansions through the season pass and I purchased and installed TTK collector's edition installed as well. Except now today, I go to patrol the dreadnought and it says that I don't have access to this event and have me the error code Urchin. Any ideas on what to do? I'm a lvl 40 warlock with a light level of 301 max (currently running around 296) and I have a lvl 34 titan and hunter that I haven't even touched TTK with since my main is the warlock. I have tried restarting my xbox one as well and it still is happening. Edit: Turns out my xbox one console was not doing a full restart so after turning it if and unplugging the power cable and then plugging back in and turning on, everything seems to be working fine now.

Same thing here as well. Happened to my son and my friend. We have all the expansions as well, except my son, he still needs TTK.

Same thing happened to my brother and I. Played the game like usual and nothing seemed to be wrong.

Yes. Just happened to me on all three of my characters. Kept popping up that I had reached my max level and to move on up to higher levels that I must purchase Destiny. But I HAVE purchased Destiny and ALL of its expansions. And, get this, my Titan is already Level 40, so how can I gain higher levels? 40 is as high as it goes, then it's just building up light level characters are different levels, so how can they both get the same message of maxing out their levels when they're different? Something is really messed up here, and messed up bad. Update: Just turned off my XBox 360 and when I turned it back on, all three characters were back to normal. It still goes to reason though that something really went wrong today for this to happen to several of us.

this happened to me too. but restarting my Xbox seemed to fix it.

Samething happened to me. Turned off cooler was going to try later and see what happened.

This just happened to my hunter as well but my other two characters still have access

Had that happen to me as well turned off xbox and tried again everything was fine...something weird happened today
