Ah the Justicars, my kind of Guardian! I was also among the ranks until my recent promotion. With regards to your question give me some time and I shall look into the cities archives for you. Quite a lot of our history was lost during the Faction Wars (these were desperate times as far as I am aware) so the information will be tangible at best. Still I will see what I can dig up.
