Yes. Just happened to me on all three of my characters. Kept popping up that I had reached my max level and to move on up to higher levels that I must purchase Destiny. But I HAVE purchased Destiny and ALL of its expansions. And, get this, my Titan is already Level 40, so how can I gain higher levels? 40 is as high as it goes, then it's just building up light level characters are different levels, so how can they both get the same message of maxing out their levels when they're different? Something is really messed up here, and messed up bad. Update: Just turned off my XBox 360 and when I turned it back on, all three characters were back to normal. It still goes to reason though that something really went wrong today for this to happen to several of us.
