And Sunbreaker has a 66% dmg reduction compared to the normal 50% on all other dmg reducing supers.

If Sunbreaker has more it's 55% not 66%. The armor pieces that increase armor when using a solar subclass help. These armor pieces are available to all classes not just Titans and not just solar armor it can be arc or void as well.
