Still Can't Get My Suros Arsenal Pack, More Than A Little Frustrated
I pre-ordered The Taken King Collectors Edition for Xbox One. I put the code into Xbox Live so I could get al of my digital downloads. I never saw my Suros weapons or shader. At first I ignored it thinking you guys would patch it or something but here we are, October 8th and still nothing. I followed your guide to manually reinstall everything on my Xbox One, but 2 attempts (and a lot of waiting) later I still don't have it. I realize it isn't exactly game breaking but I paid for a product I haven't fully received yet. If you guys need to send me a special code just for the Suros Arsenal Pack or need to gift it in game or whatever I'm willing to work with you guys but it's time I got what I'm due. I love Destiny and Bungie (even back to the Halo Days) and this is my first trouble with you guys so please help me out here.
