I have had this same thing happen to me. Yesterday the spash screen appeared dating that my trial was over even though I have bought the first two expansions through the season pass and I purchased and installed TTK collector's edition installed as well. Except now today, I go to patrol the dreadnought and it says that I don't have access to this event and have me the error code Urchin. Any ideas on what to do? I'm a lvl 40 warlock with a light level of 301 max (currently running around 296) and I have a lvl 34 titan and hunter that I haven't even touched TTK with since my main is the warlock. I have tried restarting my xbox one as well and it still is happening. Edit: Turns out my xbox one console was not doing a full restart so after turning it if and unplugging the power cable and then plugging back in and turning on, everything seems to be working fine now.
